The three distinct sections of the national management have given unique powers by the constitution of the United States. The legislative branch has the capability to create laws, the executive branch has the capacity to implement laws, and the judiciary has the ability to enact laws. This system guarantees that no one assortment of lawmakers have too much federal jurisdiction.
