Math help please
Johnny completes in the X Games snowboard competition. his favorite trick has 2 4/5 turns. how many degrees does Johnny turn in his favorite trick?

Consider this:  One full turn is equivalent to 360 degrees; two to 720 degrees.  (4/5) turn is (4/5)(360 degrees, or 288 degrees.  In all, that's (720 + 288), or 1008 degrees.

Note:  2 4/5 turns = (14/5)(360 degrees)  =  1008 degrees is  a more direct calculation.
