What’s more important for clothing there practical Use (in other words, close to keep you warm or cool) or their role in broadcasting a message or believe a person wishes others to know? Why?
Their practical use because if you just wear the clothes to broadcast a message you are taking the clothing for granted because clothes are meant to keep you warm or cool. They just add the messages and what not to be cute.
