Water cycle involves movement of water between atmosphere,land and the ocean.Through evaporation water changes to gas state from liquid form.Through transpiration water enters atmosphere by evaporating from the leaves.Most of earth water is held in the ocean and the sun causes the water to evaporate as water vapour which later cools to condense into droplets.Through precipitation water droplets return to the earth surface whereby plant gain water the roots.Most groundwater is derived from precipitation that has drained through the soil.
