Depression affects you in different aspects. It can make you feel irritated, angry, feel like life isn't worth living, give negative outlook to a lot of things. You won't enjoy things that once gave you happiness or purpose. You won't sleep well, either oversleeping, undersleeping(insomnia), or sleeping and waking several times at night. You might feel less inclined to socialize and feel like a burden.
If you feel these things, please seek help. If the depression leads to suicidal ideation/thinking/actions, please call a help hotline. They might not all work, but just know there is help.
