3. Military protection: no matter what kind of war is it, whether world war or civil war, the government provides military protection to all its citizens.
4. Establishing justice: each of the states in America has its laws to enforce and ensure to protect its citizens from all kinds of criminal activities.
5. Promotes the general welfare: different agencies provide with free health care facilities and monthly stipend who deserve it.
6. Build and maintain infrastructure: the U.S. government is responsible to build and maintain the infrastructure of the country.
