The correct answer to this equation is X-inter=(-3.15,0) and Y-inter=(0,6.3) and heres why:
To solve this problem we must isolate the y-variable and then graph. Here are the steps to do that
[tex]-6x+3y=18.9[/tex] Now add 6x to both sides to get:
[tex]3y=18.9+6x[/tex] Next we divide both sides by the 3 next to the "y" to get:[tex]y=\frac{18.9+6x}{3}\\[/tex]
Then you can simply graph this new equation to find your points. There is also another way to do it without graphing but it will take a lot more explaining and this way is faster.
