This is just from experience. Honestly I think that Byeol would be the least interesting in dating someone of a different race because most Asian cultures want to keep the ethnicity and keep it sacred. For example, many years ago Japan even blocked people from going to Japan, thus creating less mixed people in Japan. The same goes for Korea.
