NEED HELP ASAP!!!! PLEASE?! An insecticide contains 75 centigrams of inherit ingredient for every 1 centigrade of active ingredient. If a quantity of the insecticide weighs 380, how much of each type ingredient does it contain?

Add the ratios:

75 +1 = 76

Divide the total by that:

380 / 76 = 5


Multiply each ratio by 5:

75 * 5 = 375

1 * 5 = 5


There is 375 centigrams of inherit

and 5 centigrams of active
