Caribbean/ America aka colonies to Europe : raw materials such as cotton, molasses, tobacco and etc.
The first step in the triangular trade was taking manufactured goods from Europe to America. The second step was shipping slaves to the Americas. The third step involved the return to Europe with the produce form the slave-labor plantations.
