it will be less. A fraction less than one is something like 3/4 or 1/2. Multiplying by something like 1/2 means youre answer will be half of the whole number you mutliplied by. ex 10 * (1/2) = 5.
In other words, multiplying by a fraction less than one means your getting that fraction of the whole number.
