The point-slope form:

Let's take two point of the graph (look at the picture)
(2, -2) and (0, 1).
Substitute:
[tex]m=\dfrac{1-(-2)}{0-2}=\dfrac{3}{-2}=-\dfrac{3}{2}\\\\y-(-2)=-\dfrac{3}{2}(x-2)\\\\\boxed{y+2=-\dfrac{3}{2}(x-2)}[/tex]
