So, just think. What would make the most sense here? Would fallen? No, that’s past tense. How about falls?
‘Charles falls from his bike and hurt his arms,’
That would be present tense, and it does work.
What about fell? That’s past tense as well, but if you plug it into the sentence it sounds better. Try it!
