HELP QUICK HAVE 5 MINS

Mike’s age is three years more than four times his younger brother’s age. If the sum of their ages is less than 138, then find the oldest age that Mike’s brother could be.

I have 4x+3<138 but i end up with x<33.5 the answer is 26 WHY IS THIS pls help and explain in detail

m = 4b+3  mikes age

m +b <138      mike +brother less than 138

4b+3+b<138

5b +3< 138

b< 135

b <27

The  oldest the brother can be is 26
