The preference of working in the Henry Ford' factory for the manufacturing of Model Ts would definitely have been positive. Henry Ford has been an iconic man in inventing the assembly line of production.

Henry Ford's factory was monumental in setting the standards of factory wages that were paid to the workers in the comparison of other factories involved in car manufacturing.

  • When Henry Ford introduced the concept of assembly line, it was criticized by many but ended up being one of the most successful concepts of manufacturing.

  • The wages paid to the workers in Ford factory were almost double than normal pays but with better process of manufacturing the production was more and could easily be afforded.

Hence, my personal preferences would be to actively work in Henry Ford's factory for manufacturing of the Model Ts.
