Its okay because I have depression also but something my counselor told me is not to think about it and think positive because its not good to think negative and also always take a breather but if you are in a bad mood then listen to music or draw or sing that what always help me and i bet it will help you too. :)

I agree with the first  person.

Even if you don't have depression or a diagnosed medical condition similar to that, taking deep breaths and trying to relax and calm your nerves maybe by chewing gum or drinking hot tea and closing your eyes for a minute, can really help, trust me. Try, too, to look for the positives in the situation.

There's always a positive to balance out the negative; always.

I know exactly how to deal with it, because even though I don't have depression, I am naturally just a very emotional person, so I get sad all the time. I know how that feels. <3
