There are different kinds of movement. The historical movement will he present was the States' Rights movement.

  • There are different kinds of movement.  The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was known to have given African Americans a way to overcome the barriers at the state and local levels that had hindered them from exercising their 15th Amendment right to vote.
