Ah looks like you're a part of K12. I don't want to give you the answer straight up because it won't end up being much help at all when you're taking the unit test.
The county clerk is responsible for filing vital records, or important documents related to a specific county's population, including birth, death and marriage certificates and more depending on population #
The county tax assessor is a constitutional officer that takes care of smaller businesses .
The county treasurer most often elected officials, are typically responsible for sending tax bills, receiving the funds and collecting overdue payments. Once received, the treasurer will disburse that money among the various agencies that need it. This includes property taxes as well as gambling and excise taxes.
And the county prosecutor takes care of crimes and illegal/legal properties.
Your answer should be the county treasurer.. I suggest you create a study guide including these to help you for future reference.
