Vitamin C is just basically another term ascorbic acid.

Vitamin C is very important. Consuming Vitamin C can keep you very healthy, and will help fix damaged tissue's, ligaments, etc.

Food's that have Vitamin C:

-Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and cranberries.

-Fruits such as: Kiwi's, oranges, mango's, watermelon, and many more!
