1) Get plenty of sleep.
2) Exercise ... lots of walking is good.
3) Drink water - as your primary liquid for rehydration, and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, lean sources of protein, and minimize intake of fried foods, processed foods, and products containing white flour, white sugar and corn syrup.
There's a lot but here's some:
1. Sleeping well
2. Having a way to relieve stress (Like running or something)
3. Eating well (Treat yourself out once a while)
