So, in order to round the the tens, we need to look at the ones place.

So we look at the underlined digit and see if it is 5 or higher (it is)

So, since it's 5, we raise the next place up.  so now the 10's place has 10, so we need to raise the next place up further.

Steps: so look at. the number 9 think is 5 or more we raise the score.

So we make the 8 a nine because we added 1 more.

Then the rest of the numbers become 0’s.
