We have limited the power of the national/federal government to only those powers granted to it. All powers not given to the federal government are to remain in the hands of the states so calm down who would have said this ?

Belief of limiting the power of the federal government and leaving more power to the states are views of an anti federalist. Federalists hold the belief that the federal government should have more power over the states and that the states follow the same federal laws.
