Describe three strategies that the wily Odysseus uses to outwit the Cyclops Polyphemus

  • Odysseus told Polyphemus that  his name was nobody, in doing so he confuses the other cyclops. eventually when him and his men attacked Polyphemus by blinding him (Polyphemus), when the rest of the cyclops heard Polyphemus screamed , and then they asked him who was attacking him, he replied saying nobody
  • He hides his own men under Polyphemus sheep, as a bid to escape from the cave.
