Employees will increase political behavior when organizations practice a​ zero-sum approach. It is an approach that have the tendency to view a negotiation as purely distributive. In other words, what one side wins, the other side loses. It is related to a situation in which a gain for one side entails a corresponding loss for the other side. It is a way to explore one of the concepts coming from the famous game theory. That kind of approach can be applyed in politics and economics.
