The answer is assault because, when someone attacks you and steals something that you own wouldn't be Domestic violence. An example of Domestic violence is where a married couple get into a fight. In this case, it was a person, unknown. It also couldn't have been homicide. Homicide basically means murder. Which didn't happen in this case.
