The sound device used in line 63 is alliteration. Alliteration is the repetition of the same sound at the beginning of a group of words. In this line the three words are feed, fruits, and Fate. These words all begin with the same f- sound.
If alliteration is not one of the options, then consonance would also work. Consonance is the repetition of the same consonant sound. The letter f is a consonant so the repetition of the f sound would also be considered consonance.
