General MacArthur took the city of Inchon by striking in an area far away from where the fight had been concentrated. This fight area was the Pusuan Perimiter, around the Pusan port located northeast of the territory. Most of the men of North Korean Army were in that area. Then, General MacArthur's plan was to attack the west coast of the peninsula, Inchon.
