then you count over how ever many the X is. this is 1/2 so you go over 1 time then up 2 times.
Personally I like the triangle method where u plot the +3 then draw on the line 1 over then 3 up
if u need to find out what the plot line u can keep doing that all the way up and just reverse it when u go down.
