Answer:  x = -1

Discussion:

Let x be the unknown integer. Then

5 x^2 + 3x = 2 or

5x^2 + 3x -2 = 0  or   (factoring)

(x+1) ( 5x -2) = 0

so x = -1  (the other value of x, +2/5, is not an integer)
