Perseus wants Medusa’s head m. He gets Athena and Hermes’s help, getting him winged sandals, a cap that made him invisible, a sword, and a shield. He uses the shield to look at Medusa through the reflection, so she can’t turn him to stone. He cuts off her head and returns to his king, which he then turns him to stone. He gives the head to Athena who places it on his shield.
