The steps of the physical activity pyramid from bottom to top are:
1. moderate physical activity,
2. vigorous aerobics,
3. vigorous sport and aerobics,
4. muscle fitness exercises,
5. flexibility exercises.
Lifestyle activities are moderate physical activities that are performed daily. The examples for moderate physical activities are housework, yardwork, non-vigorous sports, etc.

On the pyramid itself, it would be in the bottom level, or the first level going up. Everyday chores in the house, like raking, mowing, cleaning, and the like are considered as lifestyle activities. These activities are performed everyday or at least almost every day.
