In all of these options the only things that change are the comma before the dialogue tag and the exclamation point. Let's look at the comma first. The first thing the coach says is "Way to go, Sean." Normally there would be a period after Sean. However, because the dialogue is followed by who said it, the period changes to a comma. This shows that the ldialogue is a complete idea or sentence, but also allows the dialogue tag (who said it) to stay with the dialogue. Since the dialogue is punctuated with the comma, the comma needs to stay inside the quotation marks. This is the same reason the exclamation point needs to stay inside the quotation marks. The quotation is what is being exclaimed, not the fact that the coach shouted.
