I want to maintain a diet that can keep me fit. Are there any diets you have in mind? or are there any diets you use to keep you fit?

In my opinion, the best diet is the one that controls your state of mind, that makes you happy.

If you're happy eating only vegetables, eggs and meat, then do it. If you cannot live without chocolate or McDonalds food, then do it. Happiness is the best fitness you can get.


Measures to follow:

- Substitute artificial sugar by fruits.

- If you're not a meat eater, many plants people don't normally know are a good source of protein.

- There is no need to take vitamins and minerals in the form of chemical stuff. Try finding the vegetables that suit you best.

- You shouldn't bother waking up 1h earlier before going to work to prepare a healthy lunch, rather that going for fast food. This applies equally to students.


Important note:

A diet does not make you fit. An apple a day keeps the doctor away, not the gym.
