Need help for number 13 and 14. The worksheet given to me is called simplifying rational exponents, my teacher gives us the answers for it (in red) but I have no idea how to get it
When there are variables with exponents on the bottom you have to subtract the ones on the bottom from the ones on the top. Then if the exponent is negative you have to flip it.
