to be honest its both but the best answer is b ..... because if the whole school reads the paper then they would see her story and will read it...

I'm pretty sure this is the correct answer because not ALL student read the newspaper. Many people today find reading boring so by putting up the posters. Students in school can see her and that she's running for president. Also FLVS leadership suckssssssss. :)
