do chores around the house. they can do activities like laundry pick up laundry and the basket gets heavier and lift that. clean up room sort your stuff and put everything that doesn't go in your rooms in a pile then sort if it goes Bathroom, playroom, kitchen, etc.. then pile by pile run to that place drop it off go back up get another load and continue this process then you can run. Also, if you have a parent who goes to a gym or goes for runs go with them for physical activities. signup for programs, I love to go to the park I run and get rid of all my energy but I'm also doing physical activities.
