You also have to follow the formula y=mx+b.  M will be your slope or your rise over run on your graph. You can find the slope by choosing two points on the line and dividing them. For example, (2, 1) and (5, 3). You have to subtract y2 from y1 and then x2 from x1. This will be 3-1/5-2= 2/3= 0.6666.... After you find that, you will use 2 for our x (you can use any x point on the line that you would like). Lastly, to find our b we just have to find the point value that intersects the x-axis.
