Name two people from other nations who helped the United States gain freedom

I don’t know specific people but if it helps, France, Spain and the Netherlands were allies with the United States during the Revolutionary War against Britain. So maybe the leaders of some of those countries could have helped. I hope this is helpful in some way.

Here are two people that helped the US gain freedom

1) Marquis de Lafayette- This French general helped the young continental army in terms of structure. He helped to organize military camps, develop strategies against the British, etc.

2) Baron Von Steuben- This Prussian general showed the members of the continental army important fighting strategies like how to use a bayonet and the purpose behind guerilla warfare.

Both of these men helped the US military in their fight for freedom against Great Britain during the Revolutionary War.
