I found this by adding 3 boys and 2 girls together to get 5 people and dividing 165 by 5, to find out how many sets of people there are. There are 33 sets of people, which I multiplied by 3, to show how many boys there are. Thus making the answer 99.
To check this simply multiply 33 by 2, and adding the product to 99. 99 + 66 = 165. 165 = 165, meaning the answer is correct.
