I thought we didn't get the choices, but they were cropped on my screen.  Let's see how I did.

Prism length L, width W, height H, volume V=LWH    [they used small letters, but ok]

Parallelogram, base b, height h, area A=bh  [good]

Circumference C of a circle radius r, C=2πr  [bad guess,

they had diameter d, so C=πd]

Area A of a circle radius r, A = πr²  [good]

Area A of a triangle, base b, height h, A = (1/2) bh   [good]

Area A of a trapezoid, bases a,b, height h, A= (1/2)(a+b)h

[good, they notated it with subscripts on the base.]

Perimeter p of a quadrilateral sides a,b,c,d   p=a+b+c+d

[They did a rectangle or parallelogram; I did the general quadrilateral.  The answer they're looking for is 2L+2W.]

I'm guessing of course.  My favorite formula for the area S of a triangle with squared sides A, B and C is

[tex]16S^2 = 4AB-(A+B-C)^2[/tex]

and I want to go to the school that puts that one on the test.
