A. The muscles will get weak because there will be less and less lysosomes.

B. They lysosomes will shrink because they are losing acid which will not allow nutrients to move from the blood to the cells causing the patients to become weak.

C. The acid leaking out of the lysosomes will break down the skin cells that it comes into contact with.

D. When the glycogen builds up, the lysosomes will expand taking up so much space that it can damage the surrounding muscle cells causing muscle weakness in the body.
