First person is the most effective and offers the fullest point of view from a narrative with the most cause and effects because from one character throughout the story, the story may give more of an effective use of describing words due to what the character thinks.
Second person is not as effective, though it is using the concept 'you'.
Third person is also effective, it shows everybody's point of view. However, because it is not from an individual, the point of view would not be focused and there would be little emotions/feelings etc to describe people.
Focusing on an individual would bring the most effect... FIRST PERSON.
