Anybody know how to do 2 step equations? I need help on these problems.

1. 23 = 6x + 1
2. 5.7 + 0.3y = 6.9
3. -3a + 7 = 9a - 5

It's ok if you dont know all of them. please tell me what you did to solve the problems if you can.
