Need help I don’t understand

You're just comparing what's in a eukaryotic cell (so cells like plant cells, fungi like yeast and animal cells) with that of prokaryotic cells (so bacteria)
Remember, ALL cells have the basic structures. So, from your list, this would include:
ribosomes (need these to make proteins)
plasma membrane (keeps the cell together)
ALL eukaryotic cells have membrane bound structures (NOT in prokaryotic cells):
nucleus (where the DNA - chromosome(s) are kept)
Mitochondria (energy organelle)
Centrioles (only animal cells actually; but this is what pulls the chromosomes apart during mitosis)
Endoplasmic reticulum (site of synthesis, folding, modification and transport of proteins)
Golgi apparatus (transport of proteins - think of this as the FEDEX of the cell)
Lysosome (membrane bound sac that breaks down proteins)
Chloroplast (only in plant cells - site of photosynthesis)
