Hello,

30% can be only 0.30 or .30 or .3 either one in a decimal. It can many fractions as long as you reduce it first you start off with 30/100 reduce it by 5....

30 divided by 5 = 6

100 divided by 5 = 20

6/20 is not a option figure out what else you can reduce it you can only reduce it by 2 more because 20 cant be divided by 3 it would equal a decimal number and you cant do that in a fraction so reduce by 2....

6 divided by 2 = 3

20 divided by 2 = 10

3/10 is a option lets check though if you can reduce it? nope you can not so 30% = 3/10 and 0.3.

1/3 is not reducible but how you figure what decimal it is. Is by dividing 1 by 3 which would equal 33% or .33. So 33% is not correct.

0.03 would equal only 3% so thats not it.

So,

30% = 3/10 = 0.3.

Hope I Helped

Have a fantastic Day!
