If theres something you can change about the sentence, do it. Re write it and see if it becomes clearer for the reader to register. As stated on the paper, if the sentence is already clear, write C. Example: (24) During the term of Governor Craig, a bill passed in the state legislature, stated that Mount Mitchell would be the first state park.
