In the Doble Diamond Model we can find four phases: discover, define, develop, deliver.
In the Develop Phase is when the solutions are designed and discuss. There is also an evaluation of the concepts. The develop phase has two main activities. The first one is the IDEATION. After this activity is finished the ideas are evaluated, that is the second important activity of this phase EVALUATION.
