Well, this is something that I would like to clarify. My mother tongue is Spanish which means that I was born and raised in Peru and I have been speaking Spanish for more than fifty years. Having said this, I can tell you that in Spanish it is correct to say: Camila tiene fiebre if you are talking about the present or Camila tenía fiebre when you are talking about the past, but both are correct. In number 2 the correct answer is La enfermera siempre me toma la temperatura. In number 3 both are correct again you can say: Enrique tiene dolor de cabeza con frecuencia if you are talking about the present or Enrique tenía dolor de cabeza con frecuencia if it is the past, but both are correct. In number 4 it is perfectly correct to say A los niños les duele la garganta. In number 5 the answer is A nosotros no nos gusta ir al dentista but you can also say a nosotros no nos gustaba ir al dentista when you are talking about the past. In number 6 it is completely right to say Yo soy alérgico a la aspirina. In Spanisn you don't say yo estoy alérgico a la aspirina. If you say that people might think that you are a foreigner speaking Spanish.
