You decide to call Direct TV and find out they are running a special of $100 activation fee, then $75 per month. Comcast is not charging a hookup fee, but their price is $80 per month. Both companies require a 2-year agreement. Which company has the best price during the term of your contract?

Direct TV has the best price during the contract because it is $1600 over the course of the two years plus the activation fee which makes it $1700. Comcast is $960 per year so it would be $1920 over the span of the two years.
