Where do we find the tropical rain forest in South Asia?
You can define the area in three main zones:
- The Indochinese peninsula (where countries of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and others are located),
- the Malay peninsula (where Malaysia mostly is) and,
- the islands between Asia mainland and Australia (where Indonesia and Papua New Guinea are). That inlcl
These are areas with low elevations and very high humidity, providing perfect conditions for a rain forest.
